Eji abhi abhi antar buj bujantar, buj taṇe poho pāyā; Jo poho pāyāso mārag chalṇā, Bhāi re bin piru kem tarṇā; Ham ajab mahobat pāi, jivḍeki chintāham dil lāgi, Jivḍeki chintānisdin lāvo

English meaning: O brother! It is a deep mystery which should be understood; with understanding obtained (a) reward. If you have obtained the reward (then) remain on the path. Without the Pir how will (you) go across to the other shore? We have obtai ned a strange love. Our heart is constantly concerned about the soul. Night and day be concerned about the soul.
