Verse 1

Ejī ajab ajāeb dekho moman bhāī, Kaljug āyākhoṭājīre

English meaning: O brother believer! The false era of Kali yuga has come; behold its strange happenings.

Verse 2

Ejī pīr sāthe murīd laḍegā, Bāpkūmāregābeṭā jīre

English meaning: O brother! The disciple will quarrel with the master (spiritual guide) and the son will hit the father.

Verse 3

Ejī māṅhe māṅhe doe bandhav laḍege, Avar jāṇe do godhā jīre

English meaning: O brother! Two brothers will fight amongst themselves; others will think them to be two bulls.

Verse 4

Ejī māi beṭīdoe laḍese, Ek bijāne kaheshe shokā jīre

English meaning: O brother! Mother and daughter will quarrel and will call each other co-wife (or second wife).

Verse 5

Ejī sāsu uṭhīne pāṇībharese, Vavar besīkhāṇūkhāve jīre

English meaning: O brother! The mother-in-law will get up to fetch water while the daughter-in-law will sit and have meal.

Verse 6

Ejī nav varasnīnārīphalese, Ne b ār varasno purush jīre

English meaning: O brother! Nine year old girl and twelve year old boy will attain adulthood.

Verse 7

Ejī do varaṇākaljugmāmegh manḍāese, Gāyābe vāchhḍājaṇse jīre

English meaning: O brother! Two kinds of clouds will hover in Kali Yuga; cow will give birth to two calves.

Verse 8

Ejī pahelīfojkūpāṇīmilese, Dūjīfojkūgārā jīre

English meaning: O brother! The first army will get water; the second will get mud.

Verse 9

Ejī trījīfoje kheh uḍshe, Choṭhīfoje sītal chhāyā jīre

English meaning: O brother! Dust will rise among the third army; the fourth army will get a cool shade.

Verse 10

Ejī pāṅchmīfoje Alī purakh chaḍshe, Leshe te khaṇang tridhāro jīre

English meaning: O brother! Mawla Ali (a.s) will manifest from the fifth army and (he) will carry a three-edged sword.

Verse 11

Ejī navso navāṇūnadiyūṅnīr ghaṭshe, Trājve tolāese pāṇī jīre

English meaning: O brother! The water of nine hundred and ninety nine rivers will decrease and water will be weighed in scales.

Verse 12

Ejī gaṇiyādāṇātyāre ann nāvechāese, Ane puḍīye bandhāese āṭā jīre

English meaning: O brother! The grains will be sold by counting them and flour will be packed in packets.

Verse 13

Ejī ginān mahāras Pīr bhaṇāve Sadardīn, E sarve sāchūṅkarījāṇo jīre

English meaning: O brother! Pir Sadardin (r.a) says this full of wisdom Ginans; consider all these to be true.
