Ejīajab shaher meḍe khālaq sirajyā, Shaher samāyānām ejī
English meaning: O brother! My Creator has built a wondrous city. The name of that city is Samāyā.

Verse 2
Ejīlūṇpāṇīsāhebe saheje nipāyā, An kiyātyāṅtesāejī
English meaning: O brother! My Lord has created plenty of salt and water and likewise created grains.

Ejīsatar gat bhītarkāpāyā, Esāte koṭrachāyāejī
English meaning: O brother! He created such a fort that its foundation was dug seventy yards deep.

Ejīmarad ne orat najare milantā, Pāk huvāsarve pāṇīejī
English meaning: O brother! The meeting of the gaze of men and women has purified all the water.

Ejīoratne jab beṭājāyā, So tākhabar na jāṇīejī
English meaning: O brother! When the woman gave birth to a son she was not even aware of it.
Verse 6
Ejīso beṭājāmāsūṅbhayā, Dīn v ele farmān ejī
English meaning: O brother! When that son came in a physical form, he was brought into religion according to Farman.

Ejījabso jāmāmaelāhove, Aganme pakhāre so jāmāejī
English meaning: O brother! When that garment gets untidy it is cleaned in fire.

Ejīek ek āngaṇe do do chashmā, Khārāphīkānav jāṇo ejī
English meaning: O brother! In each courtyard there are two springs. Do not think it (to be) saltish (or) tasteless.

Ejīdo do roṭīek ek murghī, Shakar jesāpāṇīejī
English meaning: O Brother! Two loaves and a chicken, and water as sweet as sugar.

Ejīhazratthījab kāse utre, Man bhāve so chij khāve ejī
English meaning: O brother! When the salvers descend from the Lord they ate whatever they liked.

Ejī Pīr Shams dīvo partak dekho, Nur chāndruṇāhuāejī
English meaning: O brother! Consider Pir Shams (r.a.) to be a bright manifest lamp, whose brightness has illuminated every direction.
Verse 12
Ejījalre megh jai tyāṅvarse, Jyāṅ ḍungar khetar samāre eji
English meaning: O brother! The rain falls, it pours equally on mountains and fields.
Verse 13
Ejīsāṅp ne vichhūtyāṅnahīṅkoi, Vāgh ne siṅh na hoe ejī
English meaning: O brother! There is no snake there nor scorpion, there is no tiger nor lion.
Verse 14
Ejīboḍāne beriyātyāṅnahīṅkoi, Lūlāne pāngḷāna hoe ejī
English meaning: O brother! There will be no one dumb there nor deaf, no one will be crippled there nor will anyone be lame.
Verse 15
Ejīunūke ghar pachhvāḍe do do bāgā, Man bhāve so mevākhāve ejī
English meaning: O brother! Behind their house there will be two gardens, they will eat their favorite fruit.

EjīnūrN a bīkhālaq bhejj iyā, Ummat māniyānāhiṅejī
English meaning: O brother! When the Creator sent the Prophet of Light, the people did not accept him.
Verse 17
Ejīpīrne na māne shāhne na pichhāṇe, Ham hamāre pāṭaṇrahyāejī
English meaning: O brother! They did not obey the Pir nor did they recognize the Lord. We stayed in our city.
Verse 18
Ejīinūne kiya inūne pāyā, Esāsher qaher rachāyāejī
English meaning: O brother! They received the result of their deeds. Such punishment descended upon the city.
Verse 19
Ejīje jīv merāilam nahīṅmāne, Te garak gayāshaitānīejī
English meaning: O brother! He who does not act upon my advice, will be ruined in following Satan.
Verse 20
Ejīhamkūshāh farmān ja kiyā, Sārākoṭle garak ja kiyāejī
English meaning: O brother! The Lord made Farman to us and drowned the whole fort.
Verse 21
Ejīham hamāre pāṭaṇmāṅhe rākhūṅ, Jo māne merāsāheb ejī
English meaning: O brother! We will keep those in our city who will obey our Lord.

Ejījinkūjinkāsāheb rākhe, So bandākyūṅ ḍūbe ejī
English meaning: O brother! Whoever is protected by his Lord, how can he drown?
Verse 23
Ejīunkīkhiyānat unkīamānat, Garak gayāshaitānīejī
English meaning: O brother! Whoever is guilty of breach of trust, he is ruined in following Satan.

EjīPīr Shams dīvo paḍde huā, Huvāghor andhārāejī
English meaning: O brother! The light of Pir Shams (r.a.) was removed from them and it became pitch dark.

Ejīnū rN a bīḍungare chaḍīyā, Deval pāṇīchaḍīyāejī
English meaning: O brother! The Prophet of Light climbed the mountain and the water level was raised upto the places of worship.
Verse 26
Ejī Pīr Shams gur ginān suṇāyā, Moman bolīne karjo vichār ejī
English meaning: O brother! The spiritual guide Pir Shams (r.a.) has said the ginan. O believers! Say this ginan and reflect upon it.
