Jīre bāi ame garīb kenī sāthe na bolīye, Ane vaḍhiyānū shūṅ chhe kām jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! I, the humble person, do not talk with anyone, and the question of quarrelling does not arise.

Jīre bāi ame garīb kenī sāthe na bolīye, Ane vaḍhiyānū shūṅ chhe kām jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! I, the humble person, do not talk with anyone, and the question of quarrelling does not arise.
Jīre bāi hākam dīvān sarve tamne ja kahīye, Amāre kājī sūṅ sūṅ chhe kām jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! You are the ruler and the prime minister; I have nothing to do with the qāzī.
Jīre bāi dharam levūṅ tāre kājīnū sūṅ chhe kām, Shūṅ kare hākam dīvān jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! In acquiring religion what is the need of the qāzī? What will the ruler and the prime minister do?
Jīre bāi dharamnī vātūṅ māṅhe khāk ja thāvūṅ, Jor dekhāḍe te dharmī na kahevāe jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! In matters of religion be (as humble as) the dust; the one who displays power is not a religious person.
Jīre bāi Rasūl nānā khāk ja thayā, Bibi Fatima gayā kaṭhiyārī gher jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! Our grandfather the Holy Prophet (S.A.S.) remained (as humble as) the dust; Bibi Fatima (S.A.) (was so humble that she) visited the woodcutter’s house.
Jīre bāi Rasūl sarīkhā koi jorāvar nāhī, Sab nabīyūṅ ke hae sardār jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! No one is as powerful as the Holy Prophet (S.A.S.) who is the leader of all the prophets.
Jīre bāi Sayyad Imām Shāhā evī vāṇī ja boliyā, Ham to khāk se bī hae hīṇā jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! Sayyid Imam Shah (R.A.) says: I am even more inferior than the dust.
