Jīrebhāīre amrapūrī māṅhe anant chhe sukh, Evā sukh chhoḍī duniyāsūṅ ma rācho
English meaning: O brother! There is infinite happiness in the eternal abode. Leaving such happiness do not be absorbed in the world.

Verse 2
Jīrebhāīre par strī mā ben karī jāṇo, To narni pāse tame āvo
English meaning: O brother! Regard other’s woman as mother (or) sister, then you will come near the Lord.
Verse 3
Jīrebhāīre par purakh bhāī bāp karī jāṇe, Te nārī hūr kahevāshe
English meaning: O brother! She who regards other’s man as a brother and father, will be called a houri.

Jīrebhāīre evī rīte tame duniyā māṅhe ja chālo, To nazar nirmalsūṅnirkho
English meaning: O brother! Behave like this in the world and look with a chaste eye.

Jīrebhāīre nirmal thaine gurnarne ārādho, Het prīt vinā kāīṅ nav sūje
English meaning: O brother! Be pure and obey the Lord. Without passion and love nothing can be perceived.
Verse 6
Jīrebhāīre kahe Sayyad Imām Shah tame jotne māno, To gurnarne najare dekho
English meaning: O brother! Sayyid Imam Shah (r.a.) says: believe in 1ūU (light) then you will see the Lord with your own eyes.

Jīrebhāīre satgur sāheb tame radaye pichhāṇo, Te najrā najare milāvo
English meaning: O brother! Recognize the spiritual guide with your heart then you will find him face to face or in front of your eyes.
Verse 8
Jīrebhāīre vaikuṅṭhmāṅhe gur āpe beṭhā, Tame karjo te bhagtī bhāv
English meaning: O brother! The spiritual guide is himself sitting in paradise. Worship with a sincere heart.

Jīrebhāīre bhagat te je gurnarne ārādhe, Āpṇī kāyā pinḍī kasāve
English meaning: O brother! A devotee is one who obeys the Lord and lets his body undergo trials.
Verse 10
Jīrebhāīre kāyā pinḍīmā jeṇe kasṇī karī, To jīv mugtī phal pāme
English meaning: O brother! He who will let hi s body undergo trials, will receive the reward of salvation.
Verse 11
Jīrebhāīre het pritmāṅhe sab guṇdekho, To āvo shāhne hajūr
English meaning: O brother! See all virtues in love and passion then (you) will come near the Lord.
Verse 12
Jīrebhāīre shāhnā hajūrmā sarve sukh ja māṇo, Pāmo sukh anant apār
English meaning: O brother! In the presence of the Lord (you) will enjoy all happiness and will obtain immense eternal happiness.
Verse 13
Jīrebhāīre ame tame tyāṅekṭhā raheshūṅ, Ekānte karshūṅ te shāhājīsūṅ vātūṅ
English meaning: O brother! I and you will stay together over there and will converse with the Lord in privacy.

Jīrebhāīre bhaṇe Sayyad Imām Shāh ame kahī samjāyā, Tame karjo evī pere kamāī
English meaning: O brother! Sayyid Imam Shah (r.a.) says that I have verbally explained; you must earn in this manner.
