Verse 1

Jirebhāi antarj āmi antarsāmi, Is duniyāme kuchh nāi hoji

English meaning: O brother! He who knows the secrets of the heart is Himself the Lord of the hearts. There is nothing in this world.

Verse 2

-LUHEKāL āsmān nav nejāupar āve sahi, Sahastra kalāsūṅsuraj tapse mahi hoji

English meaning: O brother! The sky will come at a distance of nine spears; at that time the sun will glow with a thousand times splendor.

Verse 3

-LUHEKāLjogi te je jog parmāṇe, Bhogi duniyāsūṅrāche

English meaning: O brother! A yogi is one who acts upon the yoga. The worldly person is engrossed with the world.

Verse 4

-LUHEKāLmahādan aesi ghaḍi doheli, Tiyāṅmār paḍse ati bhāri hoji

English meaning: O brother! The Day of Judgement is much arduous; there will be much beating.

Verse 6

-LUHEKāLgurnarsūṅtame sāchāre chālo, To pāmo sāchābahesht didār hoji

English meaning: O brother! Behave truthfully with the Gurnar, then you will obtain the true paradise and Didar.

Verse 8

-LUHEKāLtrāmbāvaraṇi dharti tapse, Ākharmāṅhe divān hoji

English meaning: O brother! The earth will be as hot as copper. In the end He alone is the Judge.

Verse 9

-LUHEKāLjogi te je jog parmāṇe, Mundrāpere kiyāhove hoji

English meaning: O brother! A yogi is one who acts upon the yoga, what happens by wearing earrings?

Verse 10

-LUHEKāLbhagvāpere so bhi jogi nāhi, J inku jogi kahie hoji

English meaning: O brother! The one who dons the robe of an ascetic is not a yogi. A yogi is the one:

Verse 11

Jirebhāi sat sanjogiku koi paed ākare, Tinku diyo lākh vadhāi hoji

Verse 14

Jirebhāi bahesht didāri je ko duniyāpāri, Avrāsūṅnahiṅrāche hoji

English meaning: O brother! The one who gives birth to a true ascetic, may he be felicitated a hundred thousand times.

Verse 15

Jirebhāi dojaki te je avr āsūṅchāle, Gurjikākahiyāna māne hoji

English meaning: O brother! They who obtain the paradise and Didar are those who shun the world, they are not occupied with anything else.

Verse 17

Jirebhāi Pir Shams bhākhiyo āgam jāṇi, Bando teri ardāsi hoji

English meaning: O brother! Pir Shams (r.a.) has forewarned you. This servant is requesting you.

Verse 18

Jirebhāik āgad lakhiyo nahi pāḷe, Te to kuṭe haiḍo sāthe hoji

English meaning: O brother! Those who promise and do not fulfill it, they will remain repentant.
