Verse 1

Ji ho Arab deshmāṅhe Ali avtariyā, Sri nakalanki nām bhaṇāyā

English meaning: O brother! In the country of Arabia Ali (a.s.) has descended. He is known as Nakalanki.

Verse 2

Ji ho pāchham thaki āpṇo sāmi rājo āvshe, To setāarath palāṇā

English meaning: O brother! From the direc tion of the west our Lord King will arrive mounted on a decorated white chariot.

Verse 3

Ji ho setāghoḍāne setāteji, Te setātambal nishān

English meaning: O brother! White horses and white Arab horses; white drum and symbol.

Verse 4

Ji ho uṅche gaḍh Mulastān takhat racheshe, To besshe khimā tān

English meaning: O brother! In the high fort of Multan he will establish his throne, and will pitch a tent and sit therein.

Verse 5

Ji ho bhirmāke ghar tame dio dasond, Ne nahiṅ rākho duniyāni kāṇ

English meaning: O brother! Pay Dasond to the house of the Lord and do not care about the world.

Verse 6

Ji ho diyātamārā hazrat likhiyā, To partak sāmi divān

English meaning: O brother! The Lord has noted down your offering; that manifest Lord keeps an account.

Verse 7

Ji ho chor shāhukārkā hove niveḍā, To partak āp divān

English meaning: O brother! Justice will be done to the thief and the wealthy; that manifest Lord himself takes account.

Verse 8

Ji ho ami mahāras boli y ā Pir Sadardin, To nar chaḍshe nirvāṇ

English meaning: O brother! Pir Sadardin (r.a.) said this wise sweet words; the Lord will surely manifest.
