Verse 1

Jīre bāi dīvān hākim to Allah kū ja kahīye, Jis kī kudrat hae sab sārī jīre bāi

English meaning: O sister! Allah is the greatest minister, whose creation is this all.

Verse 2

Jīre bāi sab kuchh le terī kāyā me kīnā, So ham to hae garīb nijārī jīre bāi

English meaning: O sister! He has put every thing within your being. We are the poor Nizari.

Verse 3

Jīre bāi ham tum donū ek ja kahīye, Paṇ shabad rūp ja niyārā jīre bāi

English meaning: O sister! You and I are both one but the forms of worship are different.

Verse 4

Jīre bāi shabad deve tab budh ja āve, So kāche pāe budh nāhīṅ jīre bāi

English meaning: O sister! When we receive the dhikr then understanding follows. If the foundations are weak then understanding does not come.

Verse 5

Jīre bāi kāche pāe je koi budh ja rākhe, So to phir phir avtār leve jīre bāi

English meaning: O sister! He, who understands with a weak foundation, takes rebirth repeatedly.

Verse 6

Jīre bāi avtār liyā to janam gamāyā, So kāṅhā se mugtī mārag pāmo jīre bāi

English meaning: O sister! If one is reborn then life is wasted, then how can one acquire the path to salvation?

Verse 7

Jīre bāi bhaṇe Sayyad Imām Shāhā sāmbhaḷo bahenā, Samaj vinā sudh nahīṅ pāo jīre bāi

English meaning: O sister! Sayyid Imam Shah (R.A.) says: O sister! Listen! Without understanding, awareness cannot be obtained.
