Verse 1

(Selected verses) E vīrābhāi ek ThanThūkār pharī dūjā hovegāH bhāi kayāmaWke Tinmāṅhejī

English meaning: O brother! On the ay of :udgment there will be darkness once again.

Verse 2

E vīrābhāi hajār pachāskī sūj na paḍegīH meh agankā barsegājī

English meaning: O brother! That day of fifty thousand years long will be beyond understanding. There will be a torrent of fire.

Verse 3

E vīrābhāi savā bhārkī ek sākh paḍegī, jal to agankā barsejī

English meaning: O brother! ach stone weighing one and a Ƌuarter ser (a weight measure close to a kg) will fall down. A shower of fire will pour.

Verse 4

E vīrābhāi Mer chalege pathar phuṭegāH bhāi jamīn ā jal jal jāejī

English meaning: O brother! Mount Meru will start to move and stones will explode. This earth will burn down.

Verse 5

E vīrābhāi aesī Wareh āsmān dhrūjengeH bhāi jamīn ājār pāvejī

English meaning: O brother! /n this way the sky will shiver, the earth will bear much suffering.

Verse 6

E vīrābhāi jamīn ko varaṇ aeso phirengo, bhāi trāmbā varaṇī hoesejī

English meaning: O brother! The color of the earth will change to resemble copper.

Verse 7

E vīrābhāi khīmā khoḍe khuTāvanT āp baeṭhengeH hāi Wil Wilkā hisāb pūchhengojī

English meaning: O brother! The lord himself will camp in a tent (and) and will take account eƋualing the weight of a sesame seed.

Verse 8

E vīrābhāi auṭh karoḍ rom rāe lohoke hovenge, hāi phīr phīr dehīmā khūṅchegejī

English meaning: O brother! The thirty-five million (three and a half crore) fine hair of the body will turn into iron and prick the body repeatedly.

Verse 9

E vīrābhāi māl Than kuchh kām na āveH bhāi āvegī āp kamāījī

English meaning: O brother! Wealth and riches will be useless; only one͛s earnings will be useful.

Verse 10

E vīrābhāi bār pahor eso pavan chhūṭego, pāṇ pathar sab uḍ uḍ jā ijī

English meaning: O brother! Such a strong wind will blow for twelve pohors (ϯϲ hours) that stones and bricks will blow away.

Verse 11

E vīrābhāi jamīn sab sapaṭ karengāH bhāi farmān diyā ilāhījī

English meaning: O brother! According to Allah͛s command the whole land will be flattened.

Verse 13

E vīrābhāi bāre megh tiyāṅ varsan lāgāH bhāi hukam khuTākā āyājī

English meaning: O brother! According to Allah͛s command there will be a heavy downpour (of rain).

Verse 14

E vīrābhāi Wiskā nīr te iyūṅ barsegāH bhāi dhrūvkū hāth Thulāejī

English meaning: O brother! The water will pour as if the skies have washed their hands.

Verse 15

E vīrābhāi pāṇī to aesā WapegāH bhāi kahiyā kuchh na jāejī

English meaning: O brother! The water will be so hot that it will be difficult to express.

Verse 16

E vīrābhāi tab tame rikhisaro kyā karoge, bhāi tarṇā mushkil bhārījī

English meaning: O eliever! What will you do at that time͍ /t will be arduous to swim in it.

Verse 17

E vīrābhāi āgam kahiyā pīre veT ja bhā khiyāH Wame suṇo mārā momān bhāijī

English meaning: O brother! The Pir has forecasted and revealed the facts of the sedas. >isten O my believer brothers!

Verse 18

E vīrābhāi jīvḍe kerī jaWan rākhījeH Pīr Shams kahī sūṇāyājī

English meaning: O brother! Pir Shams (ra) said͗ Take care of your soul.

Verse 19

E vīrābhāi Pīr Shams kalandar iyūṅ kahiyāH e khuTāvant tere ant ko ant na pāijī

English meaning: O brother! Pir Shams Kalandar (ra) says͗ O Allah! Eo one has comprehended your profundity.
