Jīrebhāī pāṅch hī bandh bāndho rikhīsaro, Kāekū mudal gamāvo
English meaning: O believer! Build all five dams; why do you squander (your) capital?
Verse 3
Jīrebhāī lobh lāgā sab jug ḍūbā, Us vāṭe kāeṅ tame chālo
English meaning: O brother! The whole world drowned in the pursuit of greed, why do you traverse this path?
Verse 4
Jīrebhāī sāchā sukrit sāthī terā, Vaṇbeḍīe kem hove pār
English meaning: O brother! Good deeds will be your companions; without a boat how will you reach the other shore?

Jīrebhāī beḍī vehunā ḍūbī ḍūbī jāshe, Bhar nindrā kāeṅsovo
English meaning: O brother! Without a boat (you) will drown; why are you fast asleep?

Jīrebhāī amī mahāras boliyā Pīr Sadardīn, Sāmī rājā āgal hoese
