Verse 1

(Garbi-22) Guru vadiyā dasmi rāt ke, Āviyā garbie re lol

English meaning: On the tenth night the Pir came and came to the Garbi.

Tāre nāche anant apār ke, Range sarve rāchiyā re lol

English meaning: At that time the people were dancing too much and all were engrossed in enjoying.

Verse 3

Tāre ek bhrāmaṇSankar nām te, Garbi taji gayā re lol

English meaning: At that time a Brahman named Shankar left the Garbi and went away.

Verse 4

Teṇe na jāṇio gurjine sār ke, Chamatkār chhe re lol

English meaning: He did not understand the secret of the Pir that this is a miracle.

Verse 5

Tenu purav pun kācho sār ke, Teṇe meliyo bharamne re lol

English meaning: His past deeds were imperfect that he shunned God.

Te asal kamāimā ochho sār ke, Te sūṅ jāṇe samarathi re lol

English meaning: In his original earnings he was incomplete, how could he understand the Lord?

Bijā sarve nagarnā lok ke, Mali kari sāmbhḷe re lol

English meaning: They understood the word of truth and obtained understanding in their heart.

Sarve pinḍhatnā sudhariyā man ke, Bahu raliyāt thayā re lol

English meaning: The hearts of all the pundits were converted and they were very happy.

Teṇe samji te sagli per ke, Gurjinā bolni re lol

English meaning: They understood the complete truth of the Pir’s words.

Tiyāṅ sāt naferi vajāḍe tūr ke, Kanthaṇ gurnā kanthi re lol

English meaning: There the people were playing seven types of musical instruments and were liste ning to the words of the Pir.

Gurjinā rangnā vajāḍe ḍhol ke, Bohot vajāḍiyā re lol

English meaning: Adopting the hues of the Pir they were playing the drum and were playing too much.

Tiyāṅ thāe bahū je je kār, Dekhe sarve mānvi re lol

English meaning: Much shouts of victory were there and everybody was looking on.
