Jīre bāi ham sūṅ bandhāṇā tab kesī māyā, Māyā kā nahīṅ hae rang jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! If you are bound to me then why love for the world. Love for the world is colorless.

Verse 2
Jīre bāi bichhāṇā diyā ne mevā jo lenā, Tab lekar so kiyā karnā jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! Providing accommodation and obtaining something in return, then what is the use of taking something in return?
Verse 3
Jīre bāi jumā rāte tame āp pakhāro, Ne dhūp dīvo rachnā karnā jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! On Thursday bathe and purify yourself, and perform the ritual of incense and (lightening) the lamp.

Jīre bāi kumbh jal kā jab shabad lenā, Pichhu ham tam shabad kahenā jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! When you will perform the ritual of GhaܒSāܒ then I shall talk to you.
Verse 5
Jīre bāi bahot kaheṇe se kuchh kām ja nāhī, Ham aor Hājar Beg sadhāre jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! Too much talk is of no use; me and Hāzar Beg will leave.

Jīre bāi tamāre kāj ham itnā din reve, Pichhu ham hukam sar reṇā jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! For (completion of) your task I will stay for certain days, after which you will have to live according to our commands.

Jīre bāi jugat dekho tame mugat sūṅ rehenā, Kāyā kāl jal jāve jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! Observe the method and remain on the path of salvation; the body will perish tomorrow.

Jīre bāi terī māyā lai ham jo khāve, To dhartī ākāsh bīch kyūṅ raheve jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! If I take and consume your wealth then how can I survive between the earth and the heaven?
Verse 9
Jīre bāi terā merā khel jab jāher hogā, Tab samadar chhū legā pāṇī jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! When yours and mi ne secret will be revealed the water of the ocean will dry up.
Verse 10
Jīre bāi chhānī bātāṅ jab jāher hogī, Tab machhā sar jār ek āve jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! When the hidden matters will be revealed then a net will fall over the head of the fish.
Verse 11
Jīre bāi jetā machhā jār māṅhe āve, Tetā jo jāher hove jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! Just as the fish is trapped in the net so it will be revealed.
Verse 12
Jīre bāi sāer bhariyā so koi koi pīve, Jo pīve sohī pāk ja hove jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! Scarcely can anyone drink from the overflowing ocean; whosoever will drink will be purified.

Jīre bāi bhaṇe Sayyad Imām Shāh ham sarag kūṅ jāenge, So tum kū kahūṅ sāchī bāt jīre bāi
English meaning: O sister! Sayyid Imam Shah (R.A.) says I will go to paradise; I am telling you the truth.
