hardam japo pīrshāhnu jāp, japtārahie Sayyidā Imām Begum (r.a.) Ejī hardam japo pīrshāhnu jāp, japtārahie. Ejī mūḷ kamaḷ bhāī thir karī rākhoji, Nābhī kamaḷkū jagāe, japtā rahie
English meaning: O brother! Always repeat the name of Pir Shah and keep on repeating. O brother! Make still your basic lotus and awaken the lotus of the navel.
Verse 2
Ejī satgur shabdkā māṅhe vājāvajāiyejī, Surtiku suhāg chaḍāie, japtā rahie
English meaning: O brother! Play the spiritual instrument of the w ord g iven by the true guide within your being and adorn your thought with it.
Verse 3
Ejī mukh bin gāie ne sarvaṇ binsūṇīejī, Bin kar tāl bajāie, japtā rahie
English meaning: O brother! Sing without the mouth, hear without the ear and clap without the hands.
Verse 4
Ejī tāl pakhvāj mardang vājejī, Bin rasnā guṇ gāie,japtārahie
English meaning: O brother! Play the tom-tom on the rhythmic beat of t he drum and keep on p raising without the tongue.
Verse 5
Ejī inglā pinglā sukhmanānāḍījī, Triveṇīke tīr par ṭherāie, japtā rahie
English meaning: O brother! Unite the three veins of Inglā, Pinglā and Shushumnā at the position of triveṇi.
Verse 6
Ejī bhamar guphā upar takhatbirājejī, Uāṅ jai nishān bajāie, japtā rahie
English meaning: O brother! My Lord has ascended the throne in between the brows; go and knock therein.
Verse 7
Ejīkahet Imām Begam suno morā bhāījī, Iyūṅ karī darshan pāie, japtā rahie
English meaning: Sayyida Imam Begum (r.a.) says: Listen O my brot her! I n this way you can attain Didar.
