Eji hetesūṅ milore munivaro, Ane mukhe te s āchi vāṇi bolo; Nitnit darshan kije shāhnā, B h āi sutak pātak kholo
English meaning: O believer brother! Meet lovingly and speak the truth. Always have Didar of the Lord and confess impurity and sin.
Eji gurgat gangātirathmāṅhe nāie, Ane nirmal kijie man; P āṅch padārath pāmie, Jo pūrav hove pun
English meaning: O brother! Bathe in the holy water of the spiritual guide and the Jamatkhana, and purify the heart. If you have past virtues then (you) will obtain the five attributes.
Eji pūrav pun vinā nav pāmie, Ane s ācho te satpanth sār; Satpanth padā rath pāmie, B h āi jo dil hove pāk
English meaning: O brother! Nothing will be obtained without past earnings, and the secret of Satpanth is true. If the heart is pure then you will obtain the attributes of Satpanth.
Eji pāk to sāhebjinū nām chhe, Tene japie s ās usās; Dur ma dekho dilm āṅhe vase, Jem champ ā phūlmāṅhe vās
English meaning: O brother! The Lord’s name is holy, remember it in every breath. Do not consider him far; he dwells in the heart just as fragrance exists in the flower champā.
Eji rome rome māro sāiyāṅvase, Ane antar nahi ṅek til; Evo j āṇine bhagtāi kijie, S h āh partak beṭhā dil
English meaning: O brother! The Lord dwells in each hair of mine and there is not even a minute distance between us. Worship with such awareness as if the Lord sits manifest in the heart.
Eji sat bolone sate chāljo, Ane sat samo nahiṅ koi sār; Sakaḷved sate rachiyā, Bhāi sate utarsho pār
English meaning: O brother! Speak the truth and act truthfully; there is nothing good like truth. All scriptures are based upon truth. With truth you will reach the other shore.
Eji sat ma chhoḍo mārā munivaro, Ane sat chhoḍe pat jāe; Imān sarikho divḍo, Tene anjvāḷe shāh pāe
English meaning: O my believer brother! Do not shun truth; by giving up truth you will lose honour. Faith is like a lamp in whose light the Lord can be obtained.
Eji reṇi anjvāḷi chāndsūṅ, ane divas anjvāḷo sūr; Tem ghaṭanjvāḷo imānsūn, Bhāi chaudis varse nūr
English meaning: O brother! The night is illuminated by the moon and the day is illuminated by the sun. In the same way the heart is illuminated by faith. Then light pours everywhere.
Eji bhaṇe Sayyad Imām Shāh suṇo munivaro, Ane dekho achambe s ār; Chhelli te nāv kaljugni, Bhāi imāni utarshe pār
English meaning: O brother! Sayyid Imam Shah (r.a.) says: O believers! Listen and behold something astonishing. The boat of Kaliyug is the last one; the faithful will go across to the other shore.
