Ejī jīvnī chintāhave karo, Ane karṇī karo tame sār; Satpanth sāchī vāṭ chhe, Tame sāchāchālo nirdhār
English meaning: O brother! Think about the soul now and perform good deeds. Satpanth is the true path, walk on it truly and steadily.

Verse 2
Ejītame dil bāndho sāchāsāiyāṅsūṅ, Jeṇe sirajiyāsarve sansār; Man mārī durijan dūr karo, To sare tamārāk ā j
English meaning: O brother! Attach your heart to the true beloved who has created the whole world. Kill the baser self and shun the devil Satan, then your tasks will be easy.
Verse 3
Ejīdurijan bhunḍo te sahū upar shūro, Tene dilthī rākho dūr; Panjbhū mārī zikare jāgsho, To sahī varse sāhebjīnū nūr
English meaning: O brother! The accursed Satan gains control over everybody; keep him away from your heart. If you will shun the five evils and remain awake in zikr then surely the light of the Lord will pour.
Verse 4
Ejī nūr varse to dil pāk rahe, Jo hove thir pūro imān; Jo imānsūṅ chālo ne āpg āḷo, Bhāi sāhebsūṅ rākho dhiyān
English meaning: O brother! When light will pour the heart will be purified provided the faith is perfect and you are firm in faith and annihilate your baser self. O brother! Keep your thoughts on the Lord.

Ejīdhiyān lagāvo tame sāhebsūṅ, Have rākho āpṇū āp; Tame prem pīḍāradeh dharo, Bhāī japo ajampi yā jāp
English meaning: O brother! Concentrate your thoughts on the Lord and keep control over yourself. Raise the pain of passionate love in your heart and repeat the unuttered name.
Verse 6
Ejījāp japo ne dhīr rākho, Ane abhīmān na āṇo man; Jo kūḍ kapaṭ tame parharo, To pāmsho shāhnū darshan
English meaning: O brother! Repeat the nam e and be patient and do not foster pride in your heart. If you forsake fraud and deceit then you will be blessed with the Didar of the Lord.
Verse 7
Ejītame chāho darshan shāhnū, To sir dharo utār; Piyū piyū hardam kijīye, Ratīduniyāsūṅ na rākhīye pyār
English meaning: O brother! If you crave for the Didar of the Lord, then sever your head and present it. Always remember the beloved and do not have the slightest love for the world.
Verse 8
Ejīduniyāsansār ek til chhe, Ane jevo sapnutar jāṇ; Iyūṅ karī dilsūṅ dekhīye, Bhāī ek din marvūṅ chhe nirvāṇ
English meaning: O brother! The life of this world is momentary and consider it as a dream. See from your heart in the way that death is certain one day.
Verse 9
Ejī te maraṇe pelā tame marīne chālo, Ane dhartī guṇ rākho āp; Satgur vachane tame thir raho, To dilkā jāve sarve pāp
English meaning: O brother! Die before that death and cultivate the qualities of the earth within you . Remain firm on the words of true guide then all the sins of your heart will be washed away.

Ejī bhaṇe Sayyad Imām Shāh suṇo munivaro, Tame rākho piyusūṅ het; Piyusūṅ paṭuntaro ratī nav rākhīe, Jem bhādarve hariyā khet
English meaning: O brother! Sayyid Imam Shah (r.a.) says: Listen o believers! Have love for the beloved. Do not keep the slightest distance from the be loved, just as the fields become lush green during the months of rain.
