Jīrebhāire jūṭhī re duniyā tame kāeṅ bhūlo, Ane chhoḍo te mandhā andherājī; Is duniyāsūṅ jeṇƝ chit na lāyā, Tīse nahīṅ dūjā pherājī; Āsh to ek alakhki kīje, Ane avar te āsh nirāshji; Sāchere mane samījī ne srevo, To hove amrāpūrī vāsjī
English meaning: O brother! Why do you forget that this world is false? Remove the darkness of the heart. He who did not love this world, will not have to born again. Hope only for one Allah and all other hopes are disappointments. Obey the Lord with pure heart so that your abode will be the eternal place.
