īrebhāire kājī mullā pātshāhāsūṅ vā W ja kariyā; pīr sāhebkū memānī Teṇājī
English meaning: O brother! The Ƌazis and mullahs discussed with the king that they should invite the spiritual guide (for a meal).

Verse 2
: īrebhāire pātshāhāsūṅ malīne pariyāṇ ja kariyā; bilāḍī lai vagāriyājī
English meaning: O brother! They entered into a conspiracy with the king. They got hold of a cat and cooked it.
Verse 3
: īrebhāire sarve jamāe W tiyāṅ hājar huvā; pīr āgaḷ khāṇā dhariyājī
English meaning: O brother! The whole: amat was present there; they presented the meal before the spiritual gui Te.
Verse 4
: īrebhāire pīr sāheb Wab hukam ja kariyā; uṭh bilāḍī chale jāojī
English meaning: O brother! The spiritual guide then commanded: O cat get up and go away!
Verse 5
: īrebhāire pīr sāheb āgaḷ pātshāhā khāṇā lai āyā; ab gunāh karo sab māfjī
English meaning: O brother! The king came and presented the spiritual guide with a meal (and said:) please forgive all our sins now.
Verse 6
: īrebhāire pīr sāheb kahe ham khāṇā na khāve; pātshāhā Tilgīr tab huvājī
English meaning: O brother! The spiritual guide refused to eat the meal. The king became sa T.
Verse 7
: īrebhāire pātshāhāke khāṇeme pīre hāth ja dhariyā; tab ragat pīp sab huvājī
English meaning: O brother! The spiritual guide laid his hand on the king’s meal; it all then turned into blood and pus.
Verse 8
: īrebhāire esā khāṇā ham kabī na khāyā; Tab pātshāhā Mahma T Begḍā pāe paḍiyājī
English meaning: O brother! (Sayyad Imam Shah said that) we have never partaken of such food. Then King Mohammad egḍā fell at his feet.
Verse 9
: īrebhāire Mahmad egḍā kahe kuchhuk kabūl karo; beṭī hamāri tamkū Tijejī
English meaning: O brother! Mohammad egḍā re Ƌuested the spiritual guide to accept something in the least. We are offering the hand our daughter in your service.
Verse 10
: īrebhāire Mira Mahammad hamārā beṭā ja āve; unkū lekar tame soṅpojī
English meaning: O brother! (Sayyad Imam Shah said that) my son Mira Mohammad will come. You may get her married to him.
Verse 11
: īrebhāire pātshāh pīr sāheb tab rajī huā; Pātshāh Mahma T Begḍe beṭī parṇāvījī
English meaning: O brother! The king and Sayyad Imam Shah (ra) both agreed. The king Mohammad egḍā gave his daughter in marriage.
Verse 12
: īrebhāire bhaṇe Sayyad Imam Shāh evī jo vāṇī; Mira Mahammadkū parṇāyājī
English meaning: O brother! (Sayyad Imam Shah) said these words. Arranged the marriage of his son Mira Mohammad.
