Jīrevīrā miṭhḍūṅ āīṅ bolo, Vīra namī khamī ho yār chālo, Mat chhoḍīyo sat dharamsūṅ neh Ho jīojī
English meaning: O brother! Speak sweetly and be humble and submissive. Do not forsake the love for the true religion.

Jīrevīrā antas māhelo pītḍo, Pīto kāḍhī ho yār nākho, To sāhebe alā rājiyā man ghaṇū bhāve Ho jīojī
English meaning: O brother! If you remove poison (evil) from your heart, then the Lord will be very pleased with you and you will be dear to His heart.
Jīrevīrā kāchī hī kāyā, Tenjo girabh na ho yār kīje, So to ājkal ḍhaḷī ḍhaḷī paḍshe deh Ho jīojī
English meaning: O brother! Your body is mortal, do not take pride in it as it will collapse in no time.
Jīrevīrā māṭī hī miṭḍī, Miṭī riḍī bhiḍī ho yār jāese, Et o jāese ho kankū varaṇī hī deh Ho jīojī
English meaning: O brother! Dust is after all dust; it will mix with dust and become one with it. This gold like (beautiful) body will finally perish one day.

English meaning: O brother! The soul is celestial, its body is earthly. This bond is like a short-term love for the lotus flower.
Jīrevīrāmoman te je, Moman āp ja ho yār vāre, Avrā ho vārṇā bhāī tuje kaesā Ho jīojī
English meaning: O brother! A momin is the one who prevents himself (from evil). What concern is it of yours to prevent others (from evil)?
Jīrevīrā moman te je, Moman trūṭī ho yār sāndhe, Moman chhinī ho yār sāndhe, E to sarage ho jāese teno jīv Ho jīojī
English meaning: O brother! A momin is the one who patches up broken relationships, who patches up severed relationship. His soul will go to paradise.
Jīrevīrā sri satpanthī, Tenjo paḍdo ho je yār khole, E to narage ho jāese teno jīv Ho jīojī
English meaning: O brother! He who discloses the secrets of a Satpanthi (a follower of Satpanth), his soul will go to hell.
