E vīrābhāī moman man chanchal karī manmāṅhe dharo, Āj kaljugmā jīvḍānī chintā karojī
English meaning: O believer! Alert the heart a nd contemplate in the heart. Worry about the soul today in the time of Kaliyug.

Verse 2
E vīrābhāī traṇtraṇ jugnā bhūliyā kaljugmāṅhe, Ne kaljugnā bhulā te dozake jāejī
English meaning: O brother! Those who forgot in the three yugas have come to Kaliyug, and those who will forget in the present era will go to hell.
Verse 3
E vīrābhāī kāchi kāyā tārī ḍhaḷī ḍhaḷī paḍshe, Āgal jīvḍāno shīyo thāshe havāljī
English meaning: O brother! Your mortal body will collapse in due course; what will be the state of man in the time to come?
Verse 4
E vīrābhāī hūṅ tūṅ karī khoyā murakh andh, Āj kaljug chheli sandhjī
English meaning: O brother! The blind fool wasted (his life) in egotism. This age of Kaliyug is the last age.
Verse 5
E vīrābhāī a kaljugmāṅhe shāh pīr doe avtariyā, Tenū rūp dekhīne murakh ḍariyājī
English meaning: O brother! In the present era of Kaliyug both Iman and Pir are manifest. The foolish are fearful by looking at their forms.
Verse 6
E vīrābhāī e rūp ād ant hoeshe nirvāṇ, Ane gur vinā tūṅchhuṭko ma jāṇjī
English meaning: O brother! That primordial form will definitely exist till eternity, and salvation is not possible without the spiritual master.
Verse 7
E vīrābhāī pūraṇ sache jīne shāh pīr miliyā, Tenā bhavsāgarnā pherā ṭalīyājī
English meaning: O brother! He who attained t he Imam and the Pir due of his previous or perfect earnings, for him the cycles of the ocean-like world are over.
Verse 8
E vīrābhāī shāh pīr milīyā to rākho imān, Ek man ek chit karo sahebjīno dhiyānji
English meaning: O brother! If you have found the Iman and the Pir then believe in them. Concentrate on the Lord whole-heartedly and single-mindedly.
Verse 9
E vīrābhāī jugājug tame mānkhā dehī avtarīyā, Paṇ jīvḍānī chintā kāīṅ na kariyājī
English meaning: O brother! In every age you have come in a human form but you did not worry a bit about the soul.
Verse 10
E vīrābhāī Pīr Sadardīn bolyā eṇe vichār, Gatmāṅhe mile tenī kīje vārjī
English meaning: O brother! Pir Sadardin (r.a.) expresses these thoughts. Help those you meet in the Jamat.
