Verse 1

Moman man em jāṇjojī, Tame kāyānū ma karsho abhīmānre

English meaning: O Momin brother! Be aware in your heart that you should not be proud of your body.

Verse 2

Bhītar bahot andhārḍā chhe, Tame chhoḍī dejo abhīmānre

English meaning: There is much darkness ins ide; you must forsake pride.

Verse 3

Ḍhongā to eṇe eṇe hāre vase, Te to lūte sāhebjīnū dhyānre

English meaning: Deceivers live with you who rob (you) of the thought of the Lord.

Verse 4

Gurnā voḷāvā tame dilmā dharo, To bachsho chārei khāṇre

English meaning: Keep the teachings of the spiritual master in your heart then you will be saved from four stages of creation.

Verse 5

Ilam joi joi chāljojī, Tame rākho dhaṇī sāthe dhyānre

English meaning: Move in the light of knowledge; keep your thought on the Lord.

Verse 6

Sāmī rājo partak nūr chhejī, Jem pāchhame ugyo bhāṇre

English meaning: The Lord King is a manifest light as if the sun has risen in the west.

Verse 7

Sāchā sāhebjīne sirevjojī, To pāmsho amrāpūrī ṭhāmre

English meaning: Obey the true Lord then you will find the eternal abode.

Verse 8

Amrāpūrīno mārag vegḷo chhe, Tame chetī chālo gurnū ginānre

English meaning: The way to the eternal abode is long, walk cautiously according to the knowledge of the spiritual master.

Verse 9

Dasond sāhebjīne āljojī, Pachhe jamjo te chokho dhānre

English meaning: Offer Dasond to the Lord, then feed on pure food.

Verse 10

Sāmī rājo lekhā māngshejī, Tame nishṭe jāṇo nirdhārre

English meaning: The Lord king will take account; accept this as certain.

Verse 11

Pīr Hasan Shāh em boliyājī, Moman bhulsho to thāshe hāṇre

English meaning: Pir Hasan Shah (r.a.) says: O Momin; If you forget then you will incur a loss.
