Verse 1

(Selected Verses) Nar pāchhamethī chaḍego ke tis din koṇ endhāṇ

English meaning: The Lord will ride from the west; what will be the signs of this day?

Verse 2

Tab sir dharbaḍī vājese te vāje āpṇe shāhāke farmān

English meaning: At that time the roaring noise of hoof beats of speedily running (horses) will echo overhead. They will sound according to the command of our Lord.

Verse 3

Savā gaj dhartī upar līd chaḍese ke evā daḷ chāle Khurāsān

English meaning: Such an army of Khurāsān(foreigners) shall march that mound of dung a yard and a quarter high will pile up on the ground.

Verse 4

Evā daḷ chāle Khurāsānī tab kheaḍī ūḍe āsmān

English meaning: Such an army of Khurāsān (foreigners) shall march that the sky will be overcast with flying dust.

Verse 5

Chandā sūraj chhipengo ke hove hove dhandhū dhandhūkār

English meaning: (Because of this) the moon and the sun will be overcast and there will be pitch darkness.

Verse 6

Nadiyākā nīr gaṭengo ke samadar ulṭengo pāṇī

English meaning: The water of the river will decrease; the ocean will throw back the water.

Verse 7

Gaḍh jītlā jītese ke nagar Ḍhilaḍī minjār

English meaning: In the city of Delhi the forts that are to be conquered will be conquered.

Verse 11

Aj kal vāre shāhā dāṇav ne chhedshe Pir Sadardin chhe āgevān

English meaning: In Today’s Kali Yuga the Lord will eliminate the enemies of religion. Pir Sa dardin (RA) will be the leader.

Verse 14

Ginān boliyā Pir Hasan Shāhā māro sāmī rājo āvengo nirvāṇ

English meaning: Pir Hasan Shah (RA) said the ginan. My Lord King will certainly arrive.
