Verse 1
Ejī sāmī tamārī vāḍīmāṅhe, NabīMuhammad sīṅchaṇhār; Nave khanḍeme sīṅchāropyā, Sāmīs ī ṅche anant apār
English meaning: O Lord! Prophet Muhammad (s.a.) is watering your garden. (He) irrigated and sowed in the nine regions, O Lord, he irrigates without limit.
Verse 2
Ejīek sarovare sīṅchā ropyā, Ek hariyādūjāsūkā; Nugre rāhn a hīṅre pāi, Bhāīsat vināte sūkā
English meaning: O brother! Watered and sowe d from the same river but one (field) is fresh while the other is withered. Those without the Pir do not find the path; O brother! Without truth they are withered.
Verse 3
Ejījo jaḍkāpo pāpnībhāī, To jīvh a r i yāhoe; Sīsk āpīgur dil besaṇdijiye, To gurnar belīhoe
English meaning: O brother! If you cut off the roots of sin the soul will become verdant. When you offer your head and let the spiritual guide dwell in your heart then the Pir and the Imam will be your companion.
Verse 4
Ejīgurnar belītenīvāṭsohelī, Sh abd patiaṇājeh; Jevīte karaṇīej īvḍoc h hūṭe, Tevīkaraṇīek īje sneh
English meaning: O brother! The one whose companion is the Pir and the Imam, and who acts according to their advice, his path is easy. Love those deeds which lead to the salvation of the soul.
Verse 5
Ejīdās dosh namīkhamīchālo, Liyo sanahiyābelī; Ek rangānar patīṇā, Bhāītenīvāṭsohelī
English meaning: O brother! Be humble, act with humility and forgiveness, and make love or forgiveness your companions. He who remains steady is successful; his path becomes easy.
Verse 6
Ejīmilo rikhisar meḷāmilo, Bhāī āpṇājīvḍāne khātar; Vahoro vastūchār māṇak dharo nilāḍ, Bhāīpanjbhūne tame vāro
English meaning: O believer! For the sake of your soul meet in the concourse (of the Jamat). Purchase four things that are like pearls and bear them in mind; (or purchase four things and bear them in mind like pearls), and shun five evils.
Verse 7
Ejīāpṇābhāṇādūr chukāvo, Gurkāginān kamāvo; Nar parsāde Pīr Shams boliyā, Sāchāsāmīne ārādho
English meaning: O brother! Shun your ego and obtain knowledge of the spiritual guide. With the blessings of the Lord, Pir Shams (r.a.) says: Obey the true Lord.
