Verse 1

Tāre vāgāte ginānnā vājāre māṅ, Khel kīdhā te Gur Shamsere māṅ

English meaning: Then the musical instruments of ginan (Garbi) started to play and Pir Shams (r.a.) began to play.

Verse 2

Āvi ubhā te sarve rukhī rājre māṅ, Khel kīdhā te Gur Shamsere māṅ

English meaning: At that time all the saints and the ascetics of the kingdom came over to participate.

Verse 3

Tyāre vājī chhe jantrī dharamnīre māṅ, Khel kīdhā te Gur Shamsere māṅ

English meaning: At that time the musical instrument of the religion started to play.

Chhūṭī tāl te saghḷī karamnīre māṅ, Khel kīdhā te Gur Shamsere māṅ

English meaning: Every kind of beat started to sound.

Āvī nāche te moṭā bhupālre māṅ, Khel kīdhā te Gur Shamsere māṅ

English meaning: Big landlords came over and began to dance.

Ubhā chhe te chhoḍī paiyālre māṅ, Khel kīdhā te Gur Shamsere māṅ

English meaning: They came over and stood, having left their lands.

English meaning: At that time there was much rejoicing.

English meaning: At that time the king of the city;

English meaning: He too came to know of Garbi.

Āvyā garbīmā satgur rāere māṅ, Khel kīdhā te Gur Shamsere māṅ

English meaning: Then the king of the city whose name was S ārangpāṇ, too joined the Garbi.

Ḍiṭhī kaḷā kudrat gurnīre māṅ, Khel kīdhā te Gur Shamsere māṅ

English meaning: There he witnessed the m iraculous power of the Pir.

Malī raiyat sarve nagarnīre māṅ, Khel kīdhā te Gur Shamsere māṅ

English meaning: The subjects of the whol e city gathered there.
