Biography
Pir Hasan Kabirdin succeeded his father Pir Sadardin and spent over seven decades traversing the subcontinent. Known as “Hasan Darya” for his boundless compassion and oceanic spiritual depth, his Ginans are deeply emotive expressions of the soul’s desperate longing for the vision (Didar) of the Beloved. Tradition recalls his intense forty-day meditation at Uch, where his tears and prayers offered to Imam Islam Shah culminated in the composition of Anant Akhado.
